1. Scope of Service
TherapyMatch by Therapiq (âPlatformâ) is an online service that enables users (âClientsâ) to:
- search for therapists,
- view availability,
- and submit session requests.
The Platform acts solely as an intermediary technology provider facilitating contact between Clients and independent therapists.
The Platform does not provide therapy, medical services, or healthcare.
2. Beta Status
The Platform is currently in beta testing.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:
- the service may be incomplete or unstable,
- features may change without notice,
- errors or interruptions may occur.
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
3. No Medical or Professional Services
The Platform:
- does not provide medical advice,
- does not diagnose or treat conditions,
- does not guarantee outcomes.
All services are provided by independent therapists.
Therapists are solely responsible for:
- their qualifications,
- professional conduct,
- and services delivered.
4. No Therapist Verification Guarantee
At the current stage:
- therapist credentials may not be fully verified,
- information is self-declared.
The Platform does not guarantee:
- accuracy of profiles,
- licensing status,
- or professional suitability.
Clients are responsible for their own evaluation of therapists.
5. Session Requests
Submitting a session request:
- does not guarantee acceptance,
- does not create a binding agreement,
- does not constitute a confirmed appointment until accepted by the therapist.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate information,
- use the Platform lawfully,
- not misuse or attempt to disrupt the service.
7. Age Restriction
The Platform is intended only for users aged 18 years or older.
By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
8. Crisis Disclaimer
The Platform is not suitable for emergencies.
If you are experiencing a crisis or are in danger:
- contact emergency services immediately,
- or use local crisis hotlines.
Any informational resources provided are for convenience only.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
The Platform is provided âas isâ without warranties of any kind.
The Platform shall not be liable for:
- actions or omissions of therapists,
- outcomes of therapy,
- inaccuracies in therapist information,
- technical failures or interruptions.
10. Legal Structure Disclaimer
The Platform is currently operated in a beta testing phase without a formal legal entity structure.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, taking into account applicable European data protection principles.
