We take privacy seriously and apply industry-standard data protection practices.
This document explains how personal data is processed when using the Platform.
2. Beta Disclaimer (Important)
The Platform is currently in beta.
During this phase:
- legal and organisational structures are still being finalised,
- data protection practices are implemented to the best of current capabilities.

We may process:
a) Information you provide
- Name
- Email address
- Session request details
- Messages to therapists
b) Technical data
- Basic server logs (without profiling)
We do not use tracking or analytics tools at this stage.
4. Purpose of Processing
Your data is used to:
- enable session requests,
- facilitate communication with therapists,
- operate and improve the Platform.
5. Legal Basis
Processing is based on:
- performance of a service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
- legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
- user consent where applicable
6. Sensitive Data Notice
Messages may contain sensitive personal information.
By submitting information, you:
- voluntarily provide such data,
- acknowledge the nature of communication.
We aim to minimize processing of sensitive data.
7. Data Sharing
Your data is shared only with:
- the therapist you contact,
- essential infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery).
We do not sell or share data for advertising.
8. Data Storage & Security
We implement:
- encryption at rest,
- restricted access controls,
- secure infrastructure practices.
9. Data Retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary to:
- provide the service,
- ensure system integrity.
You may request deletion at any time.
10. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- access your data,
- request correction,
- request deletion,
- object to processing.
